About Preda Mendez-Lopez

I am a Maryland-born, Navy Veteran who has been in Real Estate since 2007. During this time, I have learned that this industry is more than just fun open houses and lavish lifestyles, it’s work, and I have made it my job to educate the community on all aspects of Real Estate; from buying to selling, to helping people invest in their future.

I am here to make dreams come true by providing homes to families and teaching them to build generational wealth and sound investments. I am also dedicated to giving back and serving the community for the greater purpose.  Annually, through our “Homes for Heroes” Initiative, we actively assist and donate to local heroes as they also look to attain their portion of the American Dream.

I strive to bring an educational approach to Real Estate and will never treat my clients as a transaction, as transactions have a beginning and an end. We serve continually and beyond closing!
